Versa Max

Our approach to window manufacturing is very traditional. We use mortise and tenon joints for corner connections, and we generally machine the profiles on a Crafter or Wizard machine tool. It goes without saying that additional operations are required after mortising and profiling the components. We have developed the Versa Max machine, which drills mortise-and-tenon joints and prepares recesses for hinges and locks. Together with the machining center, they form an inseparable pair. The main cutting head is tiltable and can thus operate in either the horizontal or vertical direction.

The tool magazine holds tools for various operations, and the machine automatically changes them according to the program.The advantage of this machine is that we can perform all operations in a single clamping of the part, thereby ensuring perfect machining accuracy and, consequently, a perfect corner joint. Thus, this specialized CNC equipment is in many ways more advantageous for machining components than conventional CNC machine tools.Programming is very simple and intuitive. We organize saved macros into templates, which we then call up for individual parts. We can also work with external data provided by well-known window manufacturing software.
