In 1991, Jaroslav Soukup founded a company that represented an Italian manufacturer of woodworking machines on the Czech and Slovak markets.

Over the course of a decade, the trading company evolved into a manufacturing engineering firm that designs, manufactures, and supplies production lines for windows and timber houses frame constructions.... We first gained experience in the domestic market, then expanded globally, and today our machines can be found on nearly every continent.

We have a very strong presence in the United Kingdom. We focus on both the European market and the domestic market, which is currently very favorable for wood-frame construction.

Over the years, the company has also undergone a transformation, evolving from a small, one-person operation into a structured organization that is no longer dependent on its original founder.
