Processing of personal data for sending a newsletter

Company SOUKUP ltd., with its registered office at Šífařská 1/3, 147 00 Praha 4, IN: 40615332, registered in the Commercial Register on 27th June 1991 at the Regional Commercial Court in Prague, Section C, Insertion 2720, is very respectful of your trust and emphasis to protect your data, incl. personal data, when processed. SOUKUP processes all personal data exclusively in accordance with the laws governing the protection of personal data.

a)
If you are interested in our newsletter and other advertising messages, SOUKUP will process personal data provided for these purposes, such as an email address. If you provide SOUKUP also with your identification data (title, name, surname, telephone), SOUKUP will process also such data. Content of the newsletter and other promotion messages may be personalized based on the provided data and other personalization content that SOUKUP finds out from the visitor's behaviour on the website or newsletter.

We will only process your personal data after you have given us a voluntary consent to receive a newsletter and other advertising messages using the registration form. If the subscription is not confirmed from the registered e-mail address, the entered data will be discarded without undue delay.

The provided personal data will be processed for a period of 10 years or until the revocation of the consent. The processing of the provided personal data will be performed by SOUKUP ltd. We do not transfer your personal data to any third party.

d)
Consent to this processing of personal data is entirely voluntary and may be revoked at any time by sending a notice of withdrawal of consent in writing to the registered address of SOUKUP ltd. (see above). You can also revoke your consent by clicking the "Unsubscribe Newsletter" link in the newsletter or advertisement.

If SOUKUP processes the personal data of visitors to websites, customers or other persons in accordance with this statement, each of them has:

• the right to information about the processing of their personal data,

• the right to repair their personal data, which SOUKUP handles, if the processed data are not correct,

• and other rights, in particular - the right to delete personal data.
