The Lithuanian company WORKMAN UAB is currently starting up a new industrial production technology designed for the serial production of frame panels for Scandinavian-type wooden buildings.
The installation of SOUKUP s.r.o. includes complete technology for the production of wall, ceiling and roof panels. The basis of the operation is the main production line for wall panels equipped with two PONTEC CNC portals and six assembly tables, which allow the panels to smoothly pass through individual production operations.
The production of ceiling and roof structures is ensured by a separate line equipped with a PONTEC CNC machine and a pair of WING sliding tables, optimized for working with large standard and atypical structural elements.
The machines are equipped with pneumatic tools for various types of fasteners. There are 3 pneumatic tool magazines with a total of 12 positions for fully automatic exchange. A special customer requirement is the integration of a screwing device that allows the screwing of loose screws.
The entire production system was designed with an emphasis on efficient material flow, minimal panel handling, and even workload across workstations. The result is high productivity while maintaining the precision and repeatability of production that is essential for modern prefabrication of timber buildings.
